You will work in a highly metric-driven environment, leveraging technology to drive opportunities and collaborating with the Virtual RM team to optimize client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management and cross-selling abilities.
• Experience selling to small businesses or business banking clients.
• Ability to analyze client needs and present a full range of banking products.
• Excellent communication and virtual selling skills.
• Comfort with high-volume, metric-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large book of business (400+ clients) in the $2–$10MM revenue segment.
• Conduct outbound calling to identify client needs and generate new opportunities.
• Drive share of wallet growth and transition clients to primary banking relationships.
• Coordinate implementation of non-credit products and services and provide financial insights.
• Utilize technology and sales tools to track opportunities and performance.
• Collaborate with the Virtual RM team to share best practices and engage with Small Business sales partners.
