Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of luxury retail experience.
• Minimum 2 year college degree or relevant field experience.
• Knowledge of Ecommerce practices in a retail environment.
• Proficient with technology and familiar with Shopify, SAP and LiveChat.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive and exceed individual KPIs.
• Proven ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational follow up skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with online remote selling preferred.

Responsibilities
