• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately.
• Team-based approach to delivering seamless service within risk and compliance parameters.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customers virtually, building lasting relationships and tailoring recommendations.
• Guide clients to self-service options like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Partner with One Chase Partners to connect clients with experts for specialized needs.
• Communicate clearly via phone, video, and email to resolve issues and tailor features to clients.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while achieving performance metrics.
