Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to serve a select group of affluent clients and other customers. You will manage their full banking relationships and drive growth through referrals, delivering education and financial guidance.

Primary duties include advising clients on products, partnering with specialists, and enabling 24/7 self-service access while maintaining compliance with banking regulations. This role requires weekend/evening hours and relevant licenses.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
• Beginning Oct. 1, 2018, if you are not currently registered, the Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses are required
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts who can help them with specialized financial needs
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access their accounts 24/7
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
