You will manage product initiatives, coordinate improvements to subscription-based financial products, improve onboarding and activation, and analyze key metrics.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of relevant professional experience in Product Management or a closely related product role.
• Experience managing or owning digital products, ideally within consumer fintech, credit, digital banking, or subscription-based businesses.
• Understanding of subscription business models and metrics such as activation, retention, churn, engagement, and recurring revenue.
• Demonstrated experience improving existing products and optimizing customer experience and business performance.
• Strong understanding of product development processes, prioritization, and roadmap management.

Responsibilities

• Manage product initiatives and coordinate the delivery of improvements to existing subscription-based financial products.

• Work closely with Product/Project Management, Legal, Customer Service, Billing, Analytics, Remarketing, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Monitor product performance and analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support A/B and multivariate testing to evaluate product changes and optimize results.
• Contribute to product planning, prioritization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify potential product opportunities.
