Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our Digital Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote environment. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Support: Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
  • Content Management: Help create, curate, and manage content for blogs, social media, websites, and marketing materials.
  • Social Media Management: Schedule posts, engage with the audience, and analyze social media performance to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Email Marketing Support: Assist in developing email marketing campaigns, managing subscriber lists, and analyzing campaign effectiveness.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather data from digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and prepare reports to guide marketing strategies.
  • Market Research: Perform research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to support marketing initiatives.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage schedules, data entry, payroll, organize digital files, and provide administrative support to ensure efficient project management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Assistant and other team members to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or similar role with a focus on digital marketing. Project Management is a Plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, social media platforms, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Creative thinker with analytical problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma required; further education or certifications in digital marketing or related field preferred.
