Hired as a full-time Virtual Ag Technician with Gooseneck Implement with the intention of enrolling in the John Deere Ag Tech Virtual Program through Arkansas State University–Beebe. Employees selected for this program must begin full-time employment with Gooseneck Implement at least two months prior to the first day of classes in August 2027. Employees in this program work full-time in a Gooseneck Implement service department while completing the John Deere Ag Tech Virtual Program concurrently. The program includes one day of online coursework each week and four days of hands-on work each week in the service department. Upon graduation, the employee may receive a permanent assignment at a Gooseneck Implement location other than the store where they completed their training.
Gooseneck Implement is committed to providing a safe and productive work environment. Candidates must be able to pass pre-employment screenings including drug screen, background check and MVR review. This position requires the employee to be insurable as it requires travel to all Gooseneck locations.
