Principles Recovery Center seeks an experienced Admissions Coordinator to manage inquiries, coordinate intakes, and guide adults seeking SUD and co-occurring mental health treatment through the admissions process. Fully remote, Monday-Friday 10 AM-6 PM ET.

This role requires strong follow-through, compassionate communication, and the ability to independently manage a remote admissions pipeline, while collaborating with clinical and operations teams to meet census goals and ensure HIPAA-compliant

Qualifications

• Experience in SUD admissions or behavioral health intake.
• Knowledge of PHP/IOP levels of care.
• Experience with admissions pipelines, lead management, and client follow-up.
• Strong phone communication, organization, and independent remote work skills.
• Proficiency with CRM/EMR systems.
• Preferred: bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

Principles Recovery Center (PRC) is seeking an experienced Admissions Coordinator to manage inquiries, coordinate intakes, and guide adults seeking substance use disorder (SUD) and co-occurring mental health treatment through the admissions process.

This role requires strong follow-through, compassionate communication, and the ability to independently manage a remote admissions pipeline.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Experience in SUD admissions, behavioral health intake, addiction treatment admissions, or equivalent substance use treatment coordination.
• Knowledge of substance use treatment and PHP/IOP levels of care.
• Experience with admissions pipelines, lead management, and client follow-up.
• Strong phone communication, organization, and independent remote work skills.
• Proficiency with CRM/EMR systems.

Preferred

• KIPU or similar behavioral health EMR experience.
• Insurance verification and treatment placement experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
