Responsive Education Solutions, through the iSchool Virtual Academy (Lewisville Office), seeks a Placement Specialist to promote student success via academic planning services and exceptional customer support to counselors, students, parents, teachers, and administrators.

The role emphasizes transcript analysis, academic advising, and responding to identified needs with project-based services to support the academy's academic mission.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in academic advising, recordkeeping, and student records management preferred.
• At least 2–5 years in a customer service role preferred.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a virtual/work-from-home environment.

Responsibilities

• Review academic records for transcript accuracy and scheduling.
• Manage assigned programs and projects with independent communication.
• Conduct conference calls with families to develop individualized graduation plans.
• Update student schedules, graduation plans, and post-high school plans in platforms.
• Maintain timeliness in communication with parents, students, and staff.
• Support standardized testing, parent education, and staff development.
