Job summary

Responsive Education Solutions seeks an Enrollment Specialist for iSchool Virtual Academy in Lewisville, TX. You will engage prospective students and families, guide them through the enrollment process, and help collect records to ensure 100% compliance.

The role requires strong customer service, relationship building with school staff and districts, data entry and documentation, and flexibility to work some evenings or weekends. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Accredited high school diploma or GED.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Two years of customer service experience (preferred).
• Two years of office experience with recordkeeping (preferred).
• Bilingual proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process new applications through SIS to ensure correct data formatting.
• Send bulk messaging to families to offer enrollment support.
• Guide families through enrollment and obtain required documents.
• Build relationships with school staff, leadership and parents.
• Request records for newly enrolled students and share records with districts.
• Enter immunization records and ensure TEA compliance.
• Review progress to fulfill VOE, SSN, and Attorney General requests.
• Travel to support STAAR testing as needed.
