Job summary

ResponsiveEd is seeking a Placement Specialist in Lewisville, Texas to support student success through academic planning services and strong customer service to counselors, students, families, teachers, and administrators.

Responsibilities include transcript review, scheduling accuracy, and developing individualized graduation plans, with daily collaboration to ensure students stay on track for graduation. Immediate starting date and full-time hourly position with salary in the mid to high range.

Qualifications

• Clearly and effectively communicates both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Accurately reviews academic records to maintain transcript accuracy and scheduling.
• Manages assigned programs and projects independently including setup and maintenance.
• Conference calls with families and students to develop individualized graduation plans.
• Update student schedules, graduation plans, and post high school plans in the platforms.
• Provide support to counselors, administrators, teachers, staff, and parents.
