Job summary

Walter Reed Post Acute in Virginia is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time and part-time roles with evening or night shifts. The position offers an all-inclusive pay range of $37–$43 per hour, with daily pay available and a $3/hr option to add to base salary if benefits are waived (FT only).

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Virginia.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician’s plan and written care plan.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance.
