Newport Post Acute, a 60-bed Sub-Acute and Long‑Term Care facility in Virginia, is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time and part-time roles. Shifts are 7:00AM–3:00PM, 3:00PM–11:00PM, or 11:00PM–7:00AM, with an all-inclusive hourly range of $40.00–$43.00 depending on experience and incentives.

As an RN you will provide skilled clinical care, monitor residents, administer medications, follow care plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team while maintaining documentation and

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in Virginia.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician plan and written care plan.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for quality resident care.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are met.
