Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• Valid state insurance license in personal lines required.
• 2–3 years of experience in personal lines insurance with proven customer service and sales track record.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Maintain and enhance existing client relationships with personalized service.
• New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Claims Assistance: Support clients through the claims process with guidance and follow-up.
• Quoting and Proposals: Prepare quotes and explain coverage options to clients.
• Cross-Selling: Promote additional insurance products to meet client needs.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure transactions and interactions comply with policies and regulations.
