Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking dedicated clinicians to provide therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults in Virginia. The role supports both virtual and onsite sessions, with a focus on family-centered care and evidence-based approaches.

Multiple tracks are available including full-time, part-time, and contractor options. The team emphasizes collaboration, credentialing support, and a guaranteed caseload to ensure continuity of care for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
• 1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience.
• Available after 3:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families; assess needs and engage in treatment.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based care.
