Do you want to work in a fast-paced back-of-house environment, preparing dishes from an innovative menu? Can you stay calm and adaptable under pressure? Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Be timely and dependable.
2. Follow sanitation, health regulations, and restaurant standards.
3. Properly and safely use and maintain equipment and tools.
4. Complete opening duties, set up workstation, and ensure cleanliness and organization.
5. Inspect tools and supplies, check production schedules, and prioritize tasks.
6. Communicate supply needs to the Chef, transport and stock supplies.
7. Fabricate meats and inspect cleanliness of work stations.
8. Prepare menu items per recipes, maintain storage procedures, and control food costs.
9. Maintain uniform standards and safety protocols.
10. Meet all standards from training and employee handbook.

Education and Experience
