Syndicatebleu is seeking a Content Clipper to transform long-form video into social-first clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll independently spot compelling, culturally relevant moments and turn them into fast-paced clips built for retention, engagement, and shareability.

Clipping samples are required. You’ll edit with pacing, captions, punch-ins, transitions, graphics, music, and other visual enhancements to optimize formats and stay current with trends.

Qualifications

• Must have a track record of turning long-form footage into short, social-friendly clips.
• Strong sense for hooks, pacing, and audience retention across platforms.
• Able to work independently and manage clips from concept to delivery.
