Job summary

WITHIN is seeking a Social Video Editor to produce engaging short-form content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. You will craft dynamic motion graphics and repurpose footage to match trends, client voice, and campaign goals, collaborating with designers and strategists.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of editing experience, strong Premiere Pro and After Effects skills, and a passion for storytelling in fast-paced social environments.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional editing experience in digital/marketing or agency settings.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for motion graphics and VFX.
• Familiar with platform-native editing features (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and CapCut.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos optimized for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and other platforms.
• Create motion graphics, typography animations, and visual effects.
• Repurpose footage into platform-specific edits reflecting trends and client goals.
• Stay on top of cultural trends, integrating music, memes, and editing techniques.
• Create multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) to fit specs.
• Collaborate with Creative Leads and Account Managers to meet standards.
• Ensure timing, captions, graphics, and sound are accurate across assets.
