• Experience editing short-form video that performs well.
• Ability to ship multiple clips weekly with strong hooks.
• Understanding of pacing and retention in the first seconds.
• Self-management with flexible hours and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Cut hook-first vertical clips from long-form episodes, weekly.
• Add captions, punch-ins, pacing, and sound design.
• Iterate based on performance data to improve results.
• Collaborate directly with founders, no layers or committees.
