Job summary

Inkitt is seeking a creative strategy and content marketing expert to drive audience growth for its AI-driven entertainment portfolio in San Francisco. You will craft punchy hooks, write scenes for ads, and collaborate with AI motion designers to turn vision into compelling campaigns.

You’ll analyse social data, stay ahead of trends, and own the paid creative lifecycle across UA campaigns, coordinating with designers and writers to maximize installs and engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in creative strategy or content marketing, ideally with social analytics in a fast-paced environment.
• Copywriting and/or screenwriting skills built for social media and short attention spans.
• Love of fiction across action, sci-fi, fantasy, thriller and more.
• Interest in online gaming and narrative-driven formats.
• Active engagement on social platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Meta, Reddit and Discord.
• Experience creating content for social media.
• Strong analytical instincts and a hunger to learn; comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva and AI video tools.
• Bias toward action; fast learner and curiosity-driven.

Responsibilities

• Watch series to extract tropes and create hooks and briefs for paid social channels.
• Write new or optimized scenes for ads to drive installs and engagement.
• Collaborate with AI-powered motion graphic designers to realize the creative vision.
• Develop paid and organic strategies to make series go viral.
• Stay tuned to trends on social media and forums to identify hot formats.
• Own the paid creative production lifecycle for UA campaigns with designers and writers.
• Translate performance data into creative insights with the UA team.
• Run A/B tests to inform and optimize creative strategy.
• Partner with screenwriters to produce ads for adaptations.
• Research audience personas to inform strategy.
