Job summary

Inkitt, the Operating System for Storytellers, is seeking a Content Operations & Strategy Manager in San Francisco. You will shape the Galatea content catalogue, blend creative storytelling with rigorous data, and manage sourcing, scheduling and pricing across 10 local markets to drive cost efficiency and app growth.

Partner with writers, editors and marketing to translate user insights into content decisions, optimize production workflows, and apply AI to improve cost and quality.

Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree preferred; strong business acumen.
• Extensive experience in content strategy within a tech-driven, analytical environment.
• Startup experience highly desirable.
• Proven ability to work with creatives and cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to translate data into actions.
• Strong leadership and project-management capabilities across teams.
• Professional experience with a media business and content operations.

• Build workflows to reduce production costs while maintaining quality and on-time delivery.
