bKEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIESb

• bService Superstars:b Greet guests and team members with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every interaction is memorable. Maintain a sharp appearance by following uniform and grooming standards, and commit to reliable attendance to support smooth hotel operations.
• bGuest Assistance Experts:b Load and unload luggage, assist with check-ins and check-outs, escort guests to rooms, open and close cab doors, and deliver messages, packages, or flowers as needed.
• bLocal Resource Guides:b Stay updated on area attractions, events, and transportation options, provide maps and directions, and keep the lobby reader board and entrance area clean and welcoming.
• bDriving Professionals:b Keep the van clean inside and out, transport guests on scheduled runs, and showcase hotel rooms and amenities when requested.
• bTeam Players:b Support guest services by answering the console, helping with room changes, and jumping in for other duties as needed. Always follow company policies and safety standards to maintain a safe, efficient environment.

bEDUCATION & EXPERIENCEb

• High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred; hotel or related experience a plus.
