Job summary

Texas Western Hospitality Group's Hilton Garden Inn DFW North Grapevine in Grapevine, TX is seeking a courteous Driver-Van to assist guests with loading baggage, transport them to the airport or other requested locations, and drive safely according to hotel policies.

You will keep licenses in the car, maintain the van's cleanliness, provide directions, handle guest packages, and respond promptly to requests or complaints while presenting a professional image and following company policies.

Responsibilities

• Assists guests loading baggage into the van at the hotel, the airport, or other destinations.
• Transports guests to and from the airport or other locations; drives safely per hotel policies.
• Keeps licenses and driving documents in the car at all times.
• Ensures passengers are seated and safe while driving.
• Reports accidents or vehicle damage immediately to the supervisor.
• Explains hotel services and upcoming events to guests; knows local area.
• Keeps the van interior clean and presentable for passenger comfort.
• Provides local directions to guests courteously.
• Oversees arrival of guest packages and delivers them timely.
• Ensures baggage is secured and tagged on request.
• May transport luggage without passengers to assist guests.
• Responds quickly to guest requests or complaints; follows up for satisfaction.
• Maintains professional appearance and follows company policies.
• Note: Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
