Job summary

Raines Co. in Grapevine, TX is seeking a courteous Hotel Shuttle Van Driver to transport guests safely between the hotel, airports, and local attractions. You will assist with loading luggage, perform daily vehicle checks, and keep the shuttle clean and stocked.

This role requires a valid Texas driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and hospitality or shuttle experience. You will prioritise safety and punctuality, coordinate with hotel staff, and enjoy benefits such as

Qualifications

Experience in hospitality or shuttle operations is preferred.
Valid Texas driver’s license required.
High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Safely and courteously transport hotel guests to and from airports, venues, restaurants, and local attractions.
Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage and personal belongings.
Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the shuttle van; report issues promptly.
Follow safety/traffic regulations and maintain seatbelt use.
Greet guests professionally and provide local information when requested.
Coordinate with front desk/concierge to optimize guest transportation.
Keep the shuttle van clean, stocked, and in good working order; manage supplies.
Maintain punctual schedules and adapt to traffic/weather changes as needed.
Handle payments or vouchers for transportation services if required and issue receipts.
