Job summary

Job description

In this role, you will perform high-touch service excellence to key client travelers and be responsible for accurately and efficiently handling incoming requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.).

You will be the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers and provide active travel consultation, including providing travel details and up-selling related products.

• Expertly use the appropriate the BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests
• Handle both voice and email travel requests
• Provide high-touch service for VIP travelers
• Support travelers across multiple channels while maintaining service standards
• Assist with routine travel reservations and related inquiries

What You'll Bring

• Experience in VIP travel
• Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
• Strongskills in GDS Sabre
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
