You will work with VIP travelers, ensure policy compliance, and manage regulatory requirements while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry rules and supplier terms. This role offers flexible hours and remote work options.

Qualifications

• VIP travel experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of travel industry policies and processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Utilize BCD Travel tools to process requests accurately and efficiently.
• Search and confirm travel reservations for clients.
• Guide clients on travel policy and offer consultation.
• Handle regulatory requirements (DOT, TSA, visas, passports).
• Adhere to travel supplier rules and terms.
• Continuously update knowledge of travel industries supported.
