Job summary
Fora, a modern travel agency based in New York City, seeks a senior travel advisor to manage high-touch VIP client accounts from inquiry to booking, delivering highly personalized travel experiences. You will guide hotel and destination choices, craft proposals, and lead the sales process with a focus on deepening client relationships.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a travel advisor.
- Proven track record managing $1M+ in annual bookings.
- Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT).
- Experience communicating with high-net-worth or VIP clients in a service or sales capacity.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, or similar tools.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of high-touch VIP client accounts, managing the full sales cycle from inquiry through booking.
- Act as a senior resource to the advisor team, handling complex client requests and sharing destination and product expertise.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and drive the adoption of AI tools and solutions; test and document new approaches.
- Support the Director of Travel Sales with VIP client coverage.
- Coordinate ground transportation, excursions, and special requests for VIP clients.
- Stay current on travel trends, hotel openings, and destination developments to provide cutting-edge recommendations.
