Job summary

Fora in New York City is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our growing design team. You will report to the Director of Product Design and embed within a product-focused team, shaping design processes as an early design hire during a period of rapid growth.

Our Travel Advisors are the main users of the Fora Portal, and you will design end-to-end experiences—from onboarding and training to CRM, marketing, workflow, and an integrated booking platform—balancing creativity with business

Qualifications

5+ years of product design experience, preferably in startups or embedded environments.
Bachelor's degree in HCI / Interaction Design / CS or related field.
Experience designing for SaaS and consumer-facing products.
Ability to design fast from 0-1 and iterate on existing products.
Comfort with partial data from PMs and product mindset.
Strong communication with advisors to secure feedback.

Responsibilities

Lead insights, designs, flows, prototypes across the product design process.
Contribute to the Design System to ensure consistent high-quality UX.
Develop product designs balancing creativity, quality, speed, and business impact.
Design new features from concept to user experience to pixel-perfect handoff.
Understand customer problems deeply to craft novel solutions.
Conduct mixed-method research to inform product strategy.
