Qualifications

• Experience managing Live Event Operations; VIP package fulfillment and operations is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Excellent inventory and project management skills.
• Strong reporting and analysis skills.
• Experience working with customer and venue databases to manage information.
• Superior communication skills and crisis management experience.
• Proficiency in merchandising and production planning.
• Must have valid passport and be available for domestic and international travel.
• Road and touring experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage VIP program logistics.
• Manage VIP Road Staff.
• Handle new hire paperwork for Reps.
• Oversee VIP Rep processes (financial recaps, nightly event recaps).
• Manage training and execution for all road Rep personnel; including travel and launching tours, program advance, local assistants, check-in lists for ipads, go-to for all needs.
• Pack road cases and manage shipments to/from tour.
• Fulfillment of Experience.
• Design on-site elements based on VIP program needs and artist team’s vision.
• Coordinate with tour and artist management teams for run of show and VIP logistics.
• Manage Merchandise & Creative Procurement.
