Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Excellent inventory and project management skills.
  • Strong reporting and analysis skills.
  • Experience with customer and venue databases to manage information.
  • Superior communication skills and crisis management experience.
  • Proficiency in merchandising and production planning.
  • Must have valid passport and be available for domestic and international travel.
  • Road and touring experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage VIP program logistics for events and tours.
  • Oversee VIP road staff and new hire paperwork for reps.
  • Handle training and execution for road reps, including travel and tour advance.
  • Coordinate merchandise procurement and approvals with vendors.
  • Assist with on-site design and run-of-show for VIP experiences.
  • Manage warehouse stock, shipments, and inventory for tour assets.
  • Track tour expenses and prepare invoices and receipts for settlements.
  • Support finance in reviewing venue expenses and final reconciliations.
