Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company seeks a Systems Analyst II in Technology Café to deliver world-class technical support to Partners worldwide. You will represent Starbucks Technology, empower users, and collaborate with global teams to provide reliable solutions and training across the enterprise.

You will handle walk-up support, incident management, and knowledge sharing, ensuring timely responses, documentation, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of relevant technical support experience.
• 3–5+ years of Windows enterprise support.
• Strong familiarity with macOS and Mac support technologies.
• 3–5+ years of customer service experience.
• 3+ years of mobile device support (iOS and Android).

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class in-person customer service, technical support, and training.
• Respond quickly to a high-urgency, high-visibility audience.
• Communicate clearly in verbal, written, and phone formats.
• Support trend and incident analysis, solution support, and process improvement.
• Reduce return visits by training users to prevent issues.
