Qualifications

• 6-8 years of program management, strategy and operations experience.
• Proven ability to own complex projects and drive cross-functional teams to outcomes.
• Experience building efficient processes and practical operating mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional projects from definition through execution, with milestones and outcomes.
• Identify business needs requiring focused project ownership and a clear plan.
• Break ambiguous priorities into clear workstreams, decisions and actions.
• Manage multiple workstreams, dependencies and stakeholders with timelines.
• Surface risks, dependencies and missed deadlines early and drive resolution.
• Step into high-priority, unstructured projects and move them forward.
