Job summary

Chief's on Broadway in Nashville seeks a VIP Server Assistant to deliver exceptional service across the nightclub, bars and dining areas. You will assist the VIP Server/Marketing Model, transport trays, maintain a clean workstation, and support daily setup and breakdown of the venue while upholding brand standards.

The role requires 21+ and at least 1 year in a high-volume setting, with strong guest service skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• 1 year of service experience in a nightclub setting (preferred).
• Proven ability to work in a high-volume, fast paced restaurant or similar environment.
• Exceptional guest service and hospitality skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and work ethic.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work both as a team and independently.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to get Food Safety and TIPS certified.
• Must have a valid TABC (or local equivalent) certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist VIP Server / Marketing Model with serving beverages and food to guests.
• Transporting trays and serving food and beverages in all nightclub areas.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic workstation per standards.
• Uphold Company Service Standards throughout shifts.
• Set up and breakdown venue areas daily.
• Assist guests and offer alternatives as needed.
• Deliver consistent, professional service in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage multiple tables and tasks efficiently.
• Enforce safety and health policies.
