Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Prior bartending experience in a nightclub setting.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Extensive knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails.
• Must have a valid TABC card.
• Exceptional guest service and hospitality skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and work ethic.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work both as a team and independently.
• Must be able to communicate in English with guests and team members.
• Must withstand high temperatures, heat and sun.
• Adhere to company and department policies and procedures.
• Embrace company culture and take pride in the venue and amenities.
• Ability to take direction and communicate effectively.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales by upselling and using knowledge of all offerings.
• Communicate ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens to guests.
• Follow Steps of Service and brand standards.
• Create a hospitable, welcoming guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and city alcohol laws.
• Handle cash, cards and end-of-shift reporting.
• Maintain well-groomed appearance and brand knowledge.
• Navigate venue conditions and maintain organized workspace.
• Maintain inventory behind bars and ensure supplies for operations.
