Job summary

Chief's on Broadway in Nashville, TN seeks a VIP Barback to support the beverage operation and guest experiences in a lively, six-story live music venue. You will interact with guests and co-workers, assist in bar service, and help maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety across the bar areas.

• Use extensive menu knowledge to support the bar at all times and ensure par levels meet volume
• Follow all Steps of Service and brand standards
• Create a hospitable, welcoming, and memorable experience for all guests
• Ensure all Federal, State and City laws and ordinances are followed with regards to the handling and responsible sale of alcoholic beverages
• Ensure par levels for all supplies including proper containers for both food and beverage service
• Attend trainings as mandated by the Leadership team
• Maintain a well-groomed, professional, and polished appearance
• Keep working knowledge of Chief's brand, history, culture, and programming
• Navigate venue conditions, including tight spaces, dark rooms, and loud environment
