Job summary

Endurion in Tampa, FL seeks a Service Desk Technician to provide frontline IT support for a large enterprise, including VIP-level support to USSOCOM staff. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, document incidents in Remedy, manage accounts via Active Directory, and work with Dameware, RDP, and Terminal Services to resolve issues for 70,000+ users.

Required DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification, current Secret clearance, TS/SCI eligibility. On-site role with potential for occasional remote tasks.

Qualifications

• Frontline IT support experience in a large enterprise.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving desktop, laptop, and mobile issues.
• Proficient with Remedy incident management system.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve desktop, laptop, and mobile problems.
• Document, track, and report incidents using Remedy.
• Manage user accounts via Active Directory and coordinate with teams.
• Provide VIP-level support to USSOCOM executives and staff as needed.
• Utilize Dameware, RDP, and Terminal Services for remote assistance.
