Job summary

Endurion in Tampa, FL is seeking a Service Desk Technician-FL to provide front-line IT support for a 70,000+ user enterprise, handling desktop, laptop, mobile, and application issues across Windows environments. You will document incidents in Remedy and assist USSOCOM executive users.

The role requires DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification, a current Secret clearance, and experience with Dameware, RDP, Terminal Services, and Active Directory.

Qualifications

• Must have DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification.
• Must maintain DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification through continuing education or re-certification.
• Must possess a current Secret clearance.
• Must have Secret or to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial support point for desktop, laptop, and mobile problems.
• Provide VIP-level support to USSOCOM executive users as needed.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, email, network, and peripherals.
• Document and track incidents in Remedy AR System; escalate as required.
• Manage user accounts via Active Directory; coordinate with specialist teams.
