Job summary

Station Casinos LLC. is seeking a courteous Front Desk/Guest Services associate in Henderson, NV to manage guest arrivals, check-ins, and inquiries at the front desk.

You will handle messages, reports, and cashiering while maintaining security and confidentiality of guest information. Responsibilities include accepting mail and packages, processing charges, and coordinating with departments to fulfill guest requests.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years customer service or reception experience preferred.
• 2+ years Front Desk experience in a similar first-class hotel preferred.
• Ability to answer phones quickly, courteously and in a professional manner.
• Must be able to obtain all work cards required of the position within the propertys jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and perform all check-in procedures per hotel policies and procedures.
• Accept, sort, and distribute messages, mail and packages for Guests.
• Post charges to Guests' accounts and perform cashiering functions.
• Respond to Guests' special requests and direct to appropriate departments.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and perform other duties as requested.
• Produce and distribute required reports including room reports, bucket checks and VIP reports.

Welcome all Guests upon arrival. Perform all check-in functions according to hotel policies and procedures, including but not limited to early check-ins, late check-ins, and walk-ins, and ensure proper payment.Accept, sort, and distribute all messages, small packages and mail for Guests. Produce, generate and distribute all required reports including but not limited to room reports, bucket checks and VIP reports. Post charges to Guests' accounts and perform other cashier functions, including but not limited to exchanging currency. Respond to Guests' special requests including but not limited to providing extra towels, cots, and newspapers, or direct the request to the appropriate department. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Perform other job duties as requested.

Qualifications:

2-3 years customer service or reception experience preferred.2 years or more Front Desk experience in a similar first-class hotel preferred. Be able to answer phones quickly, courteously and in a professional manner. Ensure that Guests' business is kept confidential. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management. The ability to operate computerized front office system. Must be able to obtain all work cards required of the position within the property’s jurisdiction.
