Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Atlantic City seeks a Front Desk/Guest Services Associate to warmly greet guests, process registrations, secure payments, issue keys, and provide fast, flawless service.

You will promote Caesars Rewards, assist with inquiries, and help ensure every guest leaves with a positive impression. This role reflects the resort's hospitality ethos on the Boardwalk and pays $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and speaking English sufficiently to perform the job.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Registers guests, secures payment, issues keys and related materials per policies.
• Checks out guests, settles folios and posts charges per policies.
• Creates reservations based on guidelines.
• Issues room keys and relays instructions to Bell Person.
• Dates, stamps, sorts and racks incoming mail and messages.
• Blocks and dispenses rooms for arriving guests.
• Maintains cash handling per policies.
• Answers questions and provides information about property, services and events.

Is ready to serve and is informed of daily information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting. Anticipates needs and provides fast, flawless service. Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist. Promotes Caesars Rewards programs and card membership. Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting. $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Registers guests, secures payment, issues keys and related materials per established departmental policies and procedures.
• Checks out guests, settles all pay folios and posts charges per established departmental policies and procedures.
• Creates reservations based on established guidelines.
• Issues room keys and relays instructions to Bell Person.
• Dates, stamps, sorts and racks incoming mail and messages.
• Blocks and dispenses rooms for arriving guests.
• Maintains bank in accordance with established company and departmental policies and procedures.
• Is familiar with property, services and events; answers questions and provides information as requested by guests.
• Completes special assignments as requested.

Qualifications

The ability to read, write and speak English sufficiently to perform job. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous hotel experience preferred.
