Job summary

CARTUS is seeking an Premier Executive Consultant (EVIP) to serve as the single point of contact for relocation processes for executive VIP customers. The remote role emphasizes 24/7 availability, policy administration, and coordination of domestic and international services to deliver high-touch service.

Responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, maintaining data integrity, and identifying cross-selling opportunities while delivering timely client updates and advanced reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in relocation/mobility and Domestic Homesale experience required.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Demonstrated technical skills including Atlas, Hex, Cartus Online, EXCEL, WORD, and other systems and applications as may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide single point of coordination for all phases of relocation activities on behalf of client as outlined in contractual agreement.
• Perform exemplary, high-touch service through timely, proactive communication and caseload management.
• Reduce touch points between customer and suppliers while coordinating between suppliers to avoid duplication of customer document submission.
• Maintain 24/7 accessibility and assist with completing customer’s needs assessment and required documentation.
• Review, interpret, and communicate supplier reports as applicable to each move.
• Demonstrate knowledge of CARTUS products and services in all interactions with client and customer.
