Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group USA is seeking a VIP Corporate Travel Consultant to support executives with domestic and complex international travel. You will manage air, car, hotel, and ground transportation, including ticketing and changes, with four weeks of paid training and Sabre skill sharpening.

The role operates on a 40-hour week, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday, from a remote USA location. You will deliver high-level consultation, build tailored itineraries, and ensure exceptional

Qualifications

• 3+ years of VIP or Executive Travel Agent experience.
• 5+ years of high-end customer service in travel.
• In-depthSabre GDS knowledge for fare calculations, itineraries, and ticketing.
• Experience with quality control of travel bookings.
• Ability to handle complex itineraries and international/domestic changes.
• Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service to C-Suite travelers and staff with professionalism.
• Provide consultative support and create travel itineraries meeting executive needs.
• Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground bookings domestically and internationally.
• Build relationships with business travelers to ensure trusted handling of bookings.
• Ensure reservations are completed accurately and timely.
• Handle ticketing, PNRS, invoicing, and maintain accuracy per guidelines.
• Stay informed on airline rules, fares, and apply knowledge to travel arrangements.
• Communicate visa, health, and document requirements to clients.
• Manage rerouting and exchanges for complex international fares.
• Other duties as assigned and contribute to an inclusive work environment.
