Job summary

BCD Travel is seeking a VIP Travel Agent (Remote) in the United States. You will provide high-touch service to executive travelers, handle requests by phone and email, and offer travel consultation with up-selling where appropriate.

You will use Sabre and other BCD tools to confirm reservations, enforce client policies, and manage regulatory requirements. This full-time role emphasizes exceptional communication in English and remote collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• VIP travel experience required.
• Strong knowledge of travel policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch service to key client travelers via multiple channels.
• Be the primary contact for executive travelers and offer travel consultation.
• Use BCD Travel tools to complete requests and confirm reservations.
• Guide clients per travel policy and educate on supplier rules.
• Manage regulatory requirements (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).
