Aufgaben

• Manage high volume of private touring/ADA requests across three brands from guests and partners.
• Coordinate with ground operators worldwide to design and quote private experiences.
• Create pricing structures and present options to guests/partners for sale.
• Maintain standard private offerings and manage costs and retail upkeep.
• Update and customize Pre/Post Land and Overland programs for posts worldwide.
• Provide detailed information to guests, partners, and reservations teams about private requests.
• Add confirmed private arrangements to guest bookings in the system (NVS).
• Support Destination Services and Shore Excursions Managers with requests and waitlists.
