Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a highly skilled Private Client Personal Insurance Account Manager to join a fast-growing brokerage. The role focuses on VIP personal lines accounts, including high-value homes, boats/yachts, and fine art.

You will manage a book of business, deliver white-glove service, and work remotely or in a hybrid setup, using Applied EPIC and other agency software, while collaborating with carriers to stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Strong knowledge of High-Net-Worth coverages.
• Experience with mid-market and VIP personal lines accounts.
• Proficiency with agency management software (Applied EPIC preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in remote/hybrid environment.
• Commitment to maintaining long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of VIP personal lines accounts including high-value homes and yachts.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Service a diverse book of business with varying account sizes.
• Utilize agency management software to manage accounts efficiently.
• Collaborate with carriers such as Andover, Chubb, AIG, PURE and others.
• Stay updated on industry trends and insurance coverages.
