Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager who specializes in High-Net-Worth insurance to deliver concierge-level service to affluent clients. You will manage high-value portfolios, review coverages, endorsements and renewals, and build lasting client relationships.

In this role you will collaborate with carriers, producers and internal teams, using AMS360 and other agency platforms to ensure accurate servicing and timely responses.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager in High-Net-Worth programs.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Experience with AMS360 or similar agency management systems.
• Strong client relationship management, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume book of business with accuracy and responsiveness.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships by delivering concierge-level service.
• Handle endorsements, renewals, remarketing opportunities, and coverage reviews.
• Collaborate with carriers, producers, and internal team to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide guidance on personal property and casualty coverages, underwriting guidelines, policy servicing, and renewal management.
• Utilize carrier platforms and AMS360 to manage client accounts.
