Job summary

Jonus Group is seeking a Private Client Personal Insurance Account Manager to join a fast-growing brokerage. You will manage VIP personal lines accounts with a focus on high-net-worth coverages and white-glove service for valued clients.

The role requires an active P&C license, knowledge of high-net-worth coverages, and experience handling mid-market to VIP personal lines. Remote/hybrid work flexibility is supported, with focus on delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Strong knowledge of High-Net-Worth coverages.
• Proven experience managing mid-market and VIP personal lines accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of VIP personal lines accounts (high-value homes, boats/yachts, fine art/jewelry).
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Manage and service a book of business with diverse account sizes.
• Use agency management software to manage accounts efficiently.
• Collaborate with carriers such as Andover, Chubb, AIG, PURE, and others.
• Stay updated on industry trends and insurance coverages.
