Hard Rock Casino Rockford is seeking a Players Club Representative to welcome guests, explain the Players Club program, and promote member benefits on the casino floor. This role emphasizes building guest relations and delivering memorable service to mid- and high-end players.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong English communication, and basic computer skills; multi-lingual abilities are a plus. Part-time hours may include holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two months on-the-job training or related customer service experience.
• Computer literacy with good oral and written English.
• Multi-lingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at service booths and VIP room while delivering warm, professional service.
• Provide information about comps, services, and amenities for players.
• Approve and issue limited comps for mid/high-end players per guidelines.
• Coordinate comp paperwork, including room, food & beverage, events, and transportation.
• Handle difficult guest interactions and direct disputes to the appropriate authority.
• Monitor access to VIP amenities and track member visits.
• Promote player recognition programs and promotions on the casino floor.
• Perform data entry, documentation, inventory, and other admin duties with accuracy.
