Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Rockford seeks an energetic team member to manage the Player’s Club program communications and guest services on the casino floor. You will inform guests about comps, services, and events while promoting the Player’s Club to mid and high-end patrons.

The role emphasizes excellent guest relations, strong English communication, and the ability to coordinate VIP logistics and promotions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two months on-the-job training or related customer service experience.
• Computer literacy with good oral and written English communication skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills.
• Multi-lingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an atmosphere that encourages guests to choose Hard Rock Casino Rockford for gaming entertainment.
• Service customers at customer service booths and VIP room; greet bus arrivals; conduct property tours.
• Provide information on comps, services, and amenities to mid/high-end guests; promote events.
• Approve and issue limited comps per guidelines; coordinate comp paperwork for VIP services.
