Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Rockford seeks a team member to effectively communicate the Player’s Club program and determine eligibility for complimentary services and goods. You will inform guests about all aspects of the Player’s Club and encourage participation on the casino floor.

The role involves greeting guests at service booths and VIP areas, coordinating comps within guidelines, and supporting mid- to high-end guests with information on services, amenities, and events.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two months of on-the-job training or related customer service experience.
• Computer literacy with good English communication.
• Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills.
• Multilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the Player’s Club program to guests and promote it on the casino floor.
• Service all customers at the customer service booths and VIP room; greet bus arrivals; conduct property tours.
• Provide information on comp limits, special services, and amenities to mid/high-end guests.
