Chin’an Gaming Hall is seeking a Player Services Representative in Alaska to support guests, handle cash transactions, and protect casino assets while delivering excellent customer service. You will manage Players Club activities, process rewards and promotions, and help maintain a clean casino floor.

The role requires 21+ years old, proficiency with a 10-key, and familiarity with IGT Advantage, FJP/EZ-Pay, and Everi Compliance. Strong communication and shift flexibility are essential.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience handling cash.
• Able to work independently and unsupervised.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must pass licensing with tribal gaming commission.

Aufgaben

• Make change, cash TITO tickets/vouchers/receipts, and slot jackpot payouts.
• Assist guests with ATM, credit card advances and check cashing transactions.
• Issue employee banks to assigned employees and their departments.
• Maintain composure in a potentially stressful environment.
• Responsible for all key transactions in the cage, per gaming regulations.
• Ensure efficient daily operations and exceptional guest service within Player Club.
• Execute Players Club transactions related to rewards, promotions, and point redemptions.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with high-value and VIP guests.
